Maintenance Technician- Darlington

Located in Platteville, WI

Salary: $20-$25

Express Employment in Platteville has partnered with a local business to search for a candidate to support their business in a MAINTENANCE TECHNICAN role. This is a full-time position working 12- hour shifts (4AM-4PM or 4PM-4AM).

Summary:
Maintains plant equipment, utilities, and overall facility. Also works as an operator when needed.

Key Duties:

• Electrical & mechanical install, operation, troubleshooting
• Basic programming & welding
• Maintain HVAC, water, and air systems
• Operate equipment as needed
• Keep area clean; follow safety & food standards
• Document maintenance and repairs

Requirements:

• Electrical training/experience (PLC preferred)
• Mechanical and food industry experience helpful
• Work independently, safely, and on flexible hours
• English communication skills
• Reliable attendance; pass drug screening

Physical:

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand, walk, and do physical work for long periods
