Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Load Builder for a growing facility in Delaware, Ohio. This is a hands-on, physical role responsible for lifting, loading, and moving materials throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have previous forklift experience, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This position starts through our staffing team and offers the opportunity to be hired on permanently with full benefits after the temporary period.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and move materials from a flatbed semi
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving products
- Operating a forklift, almost exclusively outdoors all day.
- Pulling lumber and building materials such as hardware, trim and shingles.
Requirements
- Previous forklift operating experience required
- Ability to perform physical, hands-on warehouse work
- Capable of lifting, loading, and moving materials regularly
- Experience working with lumber
- Able to read a tape measure
- Basic math, addition, subtraction, multiplication and paperwork.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Schedule
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Monday through Friday
