Location: Plain City, OH
Pay $18 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse / Forklift Operator for a growing facility in Plain City, Ohio. This is a hands-on, physical role responsible for lifting, loading, and moving materials throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have previous forklift experience, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This position starts through our staffing team and offers the opportunity to be hired on permanently with full benefits after the temporary period.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving products
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory movement
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Receive deliveries in a timely manner
- Assist in pulling accurate materials per the job sheets and builder-specific requirements
- Conduct inventory reconciliation as required, ensuring accurate counts of all inventory items
- Keep all returned materials organized
- Accurately complete/submit all necessary paperwork
- Conduct all warehouse and delivery activities in a safe and responsible manner
Requirements
- Previous forklift operating experience required
- Ability to perform physical, hands-on warehouse work
- Capable of lifting, loading, and moving materials regularly
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Schedule
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Monday through Friday
