Accounts Payable/Billing Administrator - $24-$28 / hour, Based on Experience Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm  Worthington, OH

 

Job Description:

This position will entail service billing, special projects billing, creating purchase orders and job set up, collections. and dispatching for a well established construction company. 

 

Job Requirements:

• Service billing
• Special Projects Division job management: billing, AIA billing if required, purchase orders, job set up
• Purchase orders for service technicians
• Collections
• Pull permits for projects, schedule inspections for Special Projects Div.
• Dispatcher for Special Projects Division
• Back up dispatcher for service

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years experience in accounts receivable and billing
• Experience in construction accounts receivable is preferred
• Experience with SamPro accounting systems is a plus
