We are currently hiring General Laborers to support a variety of construction projects in the Idaho Falls area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that builds and improves our community.

This role involves assisting skilled tradesmen, maintaining clean and safe job sites, and helping projects stay on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with construction site preparation and cleanup
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leads
• Support carpentry, framing, demolition, or concrete work as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Previous construction or labor experience is a plus, but not required
