We are seeking an experienced and motivated Night Shift Working Supervisor to lead overnight operations at our fast-paced food produce warehouse in Oakland, CA. This is a hands-on supervisory role, meaning the supervisor works directly alongside the team while overseeing nightly warehouse operations. This position is ideal for someone specifically seeking night shift work in a demanding, high-volume environment. 
 
Requirements: 
  • Reliable transportation (required)
  • Flexible with shift hours and able to work extended night shifts
  • Must be specifically seeking night shift work
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or lead/supervisory role preferred
  • Willing and able to perform hands-on, physical work
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team in a demanding environment
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise and work hands-on with warehouse staff during night shift operations
  • Lead by example while performing physical warehouse duties
  • Coordinate workflow to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety
  • Monitor attendance, performance, and adherence to procedures
  • Communicate operational needs and issues to management
  • Support a team-oriented, fast-paced work environment
