Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized part-time Office Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Input purchase orders into our system.
• Assist with general office duties as needed.

Schedule:

• Flexible schedule options:
  • Tuesday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Compensation:

• $19 per hour

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
