Job Title: Customer Service Associate (Retail)
Location: East Texas
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $14–$15/hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused individual to join a retail team in a Customer Service Associate role. This position is responsible for creating a positive customer experience, handling day-to-day transactions, and supporting overall store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process sales, returns, and transactions accurately
• Answer customer questions and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and merchandising as needed
• Handle cash, card transactions, and basic register operations
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system knowledge
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
