Express Employment is is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Assembly Supervisor to support operations at our Clients growing company.  This role is responsible for overseeing pre-assembly processes, coordinating materials and workflows, and ensuring production readiness. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, organization, and a commitment to safety and quality. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Supervise and support team members in pre-assembly areas to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Manage Kanban systems and coordinate work order scheduling for electrical components, hoses, small parts, and related materials.
  • Collaborate with Assembly Leads, the Production Manager, and Manufacturing Supervisor to ensure all required materials are available and production-ready.
  • Monitor workflows, adjust priorities, and address bottlenecks to meet production needs.
  • Enforce compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards. 
  • Lead department meetings and maintain clear, open communication with team members and leadership.
 
Qualifications & Requirements: 
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred.
  • Strong understanding of inventory systems, Kanban, and production scheduling.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
