Assembler

Salary: $20.05-$21.05

This role requires the use of hand and power tools, the ability to follow schematic plans, and a strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble garbage disposal units according to specifications and production requirements
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Inspect components and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform functional testing of assembled parts and units
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required to provide prior to start date
• Stable work history with at least 12 consecutive months of employment with one employer (no temp service experience for this requirement)
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet production goals

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to [insert weight, e.g., 25–50 lbs]
• Repetitive hand and arm movements
