We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Agent to join a growing team in Stevensville, MI. In this role, you will support daily operations by coordinating with vendors, managing purchase orders, and ensuring materials are available for projects and maintenance.

What You’ll Do

• Review and verify purchase requests against inventory and project requirements
• Analyze purchasing data and trends to support planning and cost efficiency
• Prepare and process purchase orders with accurate pricing and specifications
• Communicate with vendors to place orders, track shipments, and resolve issues
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate deliveries to meet production schedules
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized and accurate purchasing records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing operational needs
