Production Associate – 1st Shift (Contract)

• Work Location: The actual job position is located in Winchester, KY.

Job Overview:
We are hiring Production Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves machining and assembling parts while maintaining high quality standards and meeting production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and/or perform assembly tasks
• Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards
• Complete production reports and maintain workflow
• Follow all safety and company policies
• Identify and report production issues
• Support team goals and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift 10–40 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Stable work history and strong attendance required

Work Environment:

• Industrial/manufacturing setting
• Must follow all safety procedures
