Warehouse Associate (Direct Hire)

A leader in the development of the highest quality food products and processing technologies is looking for a Warehouse Associate. This is a DIRECT HIRE position

What you’ll be doing as the Quality Operator

• Efficiently receive, verify, and store incoming materials. You will maintain stock accuracy by tracking inventory through regular cycle counts and ensuring proper stock rotation using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method.
• Prepare orders for delivery by picking, staging, and labeling products accurately. This role includes the safe loading and unloading of trucks to ensure timely and correct shipments.
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery while strictly following all company safety protocols, food handling regulations, and general workplace rules.
• Conduct thorough inspections of all items for damage, quality issues, or labeling errors, and immediately report any discrepancies or safety hazards to leadership.
• Contribute to a high-performing team environment by keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and free of obstructions to ensure a safe and productive workspace.

What we look for in a Warehouse Associate

• ·       2+ yrs of forklift experience
• ·       SAP experience preferred
• ·       HS diploma or GED

• $17.75-$18.15 hourly
• Romulus, MI 48174
• 2^nd shift 3:30p-11:3pm

Schedule Overview

• The Rotation: You work 12 days straight, followed by 2 days off.
• The Weekends: You work two weekends and then have two weekends completely off.
• The Hours: Week A: 40 Hours (Standard)
• Week B: 56 Hours (Includes 16 hours of overtime)
