Job Title: Production / Sanitation Associate
Location: Tomah, WI
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Thursday | 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $17.00/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production/Sanitation Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Tomah, WI. This role plays a critical part in maintaining cleanliness, product quality, and efficiency within a food processing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform sanitation of food processing equipment by rotating between workstations throughout the shift
  • Operate on elevated platforms to feed product into processing equipment along conveyor lines
  • Inspect equipment for cleanliness, defects, and overall quality as it moves through the production line
  • Package finished parts for shipment
  • Clean and sanitize racks, parts, and machinery using proper bleaching procedures
  • Deburr product bases to ensure quality standards are met

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Recent industrial or manufacturing experience within the last 6 months required
  • Forklift experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs repetitively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
