Experienced Event Set-Up Crew Member

We are seeking experienced Event Set-Up professionals to join our team as we prepare for a busy upcoming season. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience setting up for weddings, graduations, corporate events, festivals, or large social gatherings, and are comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy environment.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and break down event equipment including tables, chairs, décor, staging, pipe & drape, tents, and signage

• Follow event layout diagrams to ensure accurate room configuration

• Load, unload, and transport event materials safely

• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet tight timelines

• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the event process

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of event set-up experience (weddings, graduations, corporate events, etc.)

• Strong understanding of safe lifting and equipment handling

• Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed

• Reliable, hardworking, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
