Quality Operator (Direct Hire)

A leader in the development of the highest quality food products and processing technologies is looking for a Quality Operator. This is a DIRECT HIRE position

What you’ll be doing as the Quality Operator

• Manage the daily startup and shutdown procedures while monitoring equipment to ensure smooth operation. You'll handle minor issues like clearing jams and promptly escalate any larger technical problems to a supervisor.
• Perform routine product inspections and basic quality checks every 10 minutes. This includes removing damaged items, completing simple paperwork, and strictly adhering to all safety protocols and work instructions.
• Keep your station running efficiently by monitoring supply levels, restocking materials as needed, and reporting when inventory is running low to avoid production delays.
•  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to ensure maximum productivity and compliance with facility standards.

What we look for in a Quality Operator

•  2 yrs + of longevity within a production setting
• ·      HS diploma or GED

•       2nd shift, 3:30pm-11:30p

Schedule Overview

• The Rotation: You work 12 days straight, followed by 2 days off.
• The Weekends: You work two weekends and then have two weekends completely off.
• The Hours: Week A: 40 Hours (Standard)
• Week B: 56 Hours (Includes 16 hours of overtime)
