Salary: $22 - $24/hr
Location: Tualatin Type of Placement: Evaluation to Hire Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM Pay: $22–$24/hr
This role performs a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will support the production of precast concrete products by ensuring quality, cleanliness, and safe work practices. This is a hands-on, physical position requiring reliability and a strong work ethic.
Clean and finish concrete products
Install frames and doors using basic hand tools (hammer, wrench, screwdriver)
Perform facility maintenance and general housekeeping
Support production team with additional tasks as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent
Manufacturing or construction experience preferred
Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively
Basic math and measurement skills
Good attendance and positive attitude
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs throughout the day
Frequent walking/standing (6+ hours/day)
Industrial plant environment
