Maintenance Mechanic – CNC Troubleshooting Required

Our partners, a with a high-performing aerospace and defense manufacturer looking for a hands-on, experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join their team.
 
What You’ll Do
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines, production equipment, and mechanical systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance on motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and more
  • Diagnose issues using schematics, manuals, and precision tools
  • Disassemble and rebuild equipment using hand tools, hoists, and cranes
  • Assist with machine installations, relocations, and upgrades
  • Partner with vendors for complex repairs and parts sourcing
  • Help control downtime by supporting and educating production teams
  • Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and supplies
 
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong experience with CNC troubleshooting and repair (required)
  • Solid understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Experience working with vendors and managing repair processes
  • A mindset of urgency, ownership, and problem-solving
  • High attention to detail and commitment to safety

Schedule
  • Monday–Friday
  • 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40–45 hours/week)
