JOB DETAILS

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Receives, identifies, and sorts UPS, FedEx, and DHL deliveries (samples vs. labor claims).
• Inspects, measures, and records all details about labor claims.
• Utilizes available resources to determine the root cause of product failure.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Good communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Basic to Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to read and understand technical product specifications and drawings.
• Experience using and reading precision measuring tools.
• Basic familiarity with automotive components and systems.
• Ability to meet productivity goals with limited supervision.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years auto repair experience, formal automotive training, or parts store experience.
• Previous experience as a shipping or receiving clerk. Or warehouse order picking.
• Vehicle parts knowledge, automotive part fitment, OEM, and aftermarket part differences.
• Forklift experience and previous certification

 

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand and remain active for the duration of the shift.
• Lifting: Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Environment: Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment (exposure to heat/cold).

• Communication: Proficiency in speaking, reading, and communicating in English is required to ensure safety and operational alignment.
• Equipment: Must be capable of safely operating designated facility equipment
