Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay Rate: $25–$28 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: Morning Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday (with overtime opportunities)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shipping & Receiving Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations in our Phoenix facility. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, leading a team, and ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety in all shipping and receiving processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support shipping & receiving team members during daily operations
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Inspect deliveries for quality, quantity, and documentation compliance
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) as needed
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance goals
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and carriers
• Troubleshoot and resolve shipment discrepancies or delays

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with inventory systems or warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
