We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a fast-paced environment.  

Account Executives will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with contractors to generate leads and dedicated to an extensive follow-up process. This position is stationary, utilizing phone and computer to complete all tasks.  

Responsibilities  

  1. Manage day to day affairs and ensure customer satisfaction for our Contractors and Potential Clients. 

  1. Manage website leads on a national level, for assigned territory.  

  1. Maintain minimum of 100 calls daily.  

  1. Generate new opportunities for contractors via B2B calling, incoming mailers, customer email requests and website requests.  

  1. Follow up with contractor and customers to ensure satisfaction.  

  1. Act as a liaison between company, contractor and customer.  

  1. Maintain accurate and updated customer account information. 

  1. Provide contractor support with managing day to day customer follow up via phone calls and email.
