We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscaping Crew Leader / Supervisor to oversee daily job site operations and lead a small team. This role is ideal for someone with landscaping experience who is ready to take on leadership responsibilities and ensure high-quality work is completed efficiently.

🔧 Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a small crew on landscaping projects
Assign tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly
Perform lawn care, planting, mulching, pruning, and hardscaping work
Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
Install and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and sod
Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance
Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe
Enforce safety procedures and company standards

✅ Qualifications:

Previous landscaping experience required
Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
Valid driver’s license required
