Position Summary: The Floor Supervisor oversees daily production activities, ensuring workflow efficiency, quality standards, and team performance.
Responsibilities:
Supervise production staff on the day shift
Monitor workflow and adjust staffing as needed
Ensure safety and quality compliance
Train and support team members
Qualifications:
Prior supervisory experience required
Strong communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of manufacturing operations preferred
