Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

 

 

Program Overview:

The Summer Earn & Learn (SEAL) Program provides students with disabilities (ages 14–22) with work readiness training and paid, hands-on work experience. Through this program, participants gain industry exposure, develop essential job skills, and prepare for future education or employment opportunities.

 

 

Position Summary:

The SEAL Program CSR is responsible for supporting participants throughout the program by providing guidance, coordinating services, and ensuring successful completion of program goals. This role involves direct communication with participants, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality workforce services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with participants via phone, virtual platforms, and in-person to assess employment goals and provide guidance.
  • Assist job seekers in identifying and securing appropriate work opportunities based on their skills, interests, and abilities.
  • Provide support to students transitioning into new work environments.
  • Review participant profiles and match them with suitable job placements.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff, community partners, and employers.
  • Conduct onboarding and enrollment for participants in the SEAL program.
  • Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and data entry in compliance with confidentiality standards.
  • Track participant progress and ensure alignment with SEAL performance goals and outcomes.
  • Monitor attendance, engagement, and overall program participation.
  • Provide ongoing support, coaching, and follow-up throughout the program duration.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support program success.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in workforce development, customer service, education, or social services preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Proof of current vehicle insurance.
  • Ability to travel locally for program-related activities.

Work Environment:

  • Combination of office, virtual, and field-based work.
  • Frequent interaction with participants, employers, and community partners.
