Job Title: Housekeeping Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to maintain cleanliness and organization across multiple rooms and common areas of the property. The ideal candidate will have prior housekeeping experience and a strong commitment to providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces to established standards
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Interact professionally and courteously with guests on a consistent basis
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a positive guest experience
• Assist with light lifting and movement of supplies or equipment as needed
• Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols

Schedule:

• Regular hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Required to work Saturdays and Sundays
• Availability to substitute for weekday shifts as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to perform light physical tasks, including lifting

Compensation:

• $18.00 – $19.00 per hour, based on experience
