Schedule: Friday – Tuesday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
Perk: Half-hour paid lunch if you remain on-site

 

Job Summary

A well-maintained high-rise condominium in Naples is seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to support daily building operations. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping properties clean, safe, and running smoothly. You will handle light maintenance, general cleanup, and assist with pool upkeep to ensure a high standard for residents and guests.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform light general building maintenance and minor repairs
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, and outdoor spaces
• Conduct routine pool cleaning and water testing
• Empty trash and recycling throughout the property
• Assist with basic upkeep of building systems and equipment
• Identify and report maintenance issues or safety concerns
• Support property management with day-to-day operational needs

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, janitorial, or facilities experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of tools and general repair work
• Ability to perform pool cleaning and testing (or willingness to learn)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks as needed
