Description:

Express Employment is seeking a Relationship Manager in Littleton, CO.

The Relationship Manager plays a highly visible and important role in the business serving as a liaison between home builders, manufacturers, and all of our staff. The Relationship Manager will be the main contact for our builder members.  They are in charge of bringing on new builder members and overseeing the management of existing members. This position reports to the Lead Relationship Manager.  This role needs to provide superior customer service and time management skills and he or she must also work closely and collaboratively with all of our employees.

The Relationship Manager is responsible for implementing and continuously improving in the following areas of work:

 

·         Serve as the main / initial contact for builder members and manage that relationship

·         Collection of appropriate paperwork – Agreement / ACH form

·         Manage the rebate submission process for the builders. Including but not limited to:

o    Set up of the builder membership. Input contacts, set up users, aid in community / profile information.

o    Training the builder on how to input their own submission

o    Assisting with submission entry

o    Performing submission entry

o    Verifying accuracy of submission

o    Assisting builder with program/product selections

o    Communicating all of the rebate opportunities available to them.

o    Interface with other internal groups in order to aid in the rebate process

o    Ensure that builder members are informed

o    Ensure all information on record for the builder is updated, and provide customer service.

o    Notify members of new programs and answer any basic questions they have

o    Encourage builders to enroll in multiple programs

o    Communicate any and all relevant feedback received from the builders back to the rest of the team to determine how to improve services

o    Explore new product and networking opportunities for builders and manufacturers to work together

o    Assist, as needed, in coordinating networking/communication programs, including roundtables, site visits, market research, etc.

o    Provide summary reports on progress, as required

o    Ensure accurate information for each builder contact is entered into the database

o    Communicate any and all relevant feedback received from the builders back to the rest of the team to determine how to improve services
