• Days: Monday - Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (40 hours per week)
  Enjoy a consistent daytime schedule with no weekends!

Pay

• Starting Wage: $16.00/hour
• Weekly Bonus: $100 bonus for each completed 40-hour work week

Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Assemblers in Bemidji, MN. Join a well-established manufacturing team in producing top-quality building components for residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions and blueprints.
• Use hand and power tools to build and install parts.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to use basic tools (training provided).
• Reliability and excellent attendance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight (up to 40lbs) during the shift.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
