Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Certified Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various welding techniques and materials, the ability to read blueprints, and a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding tasks using techniques such as MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools
• Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and compliance with specifications
• Repair and fabricate metal components as required
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Welding Certification (AWS or equivalent)
• Proven welding experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Ability to weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and/or aluminum
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

• Multiple welding certifications
• Experience with structural, pipe, or fabrication welding
• Familiarity with shop tools such as grinders, plasma cutters, and torches
• Forklift or crane certification
