We’re looking for someone who enjoys hands‑on work and takes pride in building high‑quality electromechanical components for aerospace applications. If you’re detail‑oriented, comfortable with tools, and confident working from technical drawings, you’ll fit right in.
Assemble mechanical and electrical components with accuracy and consistency
Read and follow blueprints, routers, and assembly drawings
Use hand tools, measuring devices, pneumatic tools, and soldering equipment
Perform wiring, cutting, stripping, terminating, and installing bearings/bushings
Build sub‑assemblies and field coil assemblies
Complete required documentation and report any material issues
Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
Work independently while staying on schedule
Support additional tasks as needed
High school diploma, GED, or vocational training
3+ years of manufacturing experience (aerospace preferred)
Knowledge of electromechanical devices, motor fabrication, and pneumatic sealing
Ability to read blueprints and perform basic calculations
Comfortable using general shop tools and power equipment
