Position Overview

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role (40 hours per week). The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can take direction well, pay close attention to detail, and work effectively across various areas of our operation. You will be cross trained to fill in where needed to support our production, packaging, and shipping processes.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour.

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (No weekends or holidays).

Key Responsibilities

• Production: Operating machinery (including pug mills—training provided), lifting bulk materials into machines, weighing, packaging, boxing, and sealing products.

• Warehouse: Picking, packing, and wrapping orders; moving and stacking pallets; managing inventory and stocking shelves.

• Logistics & Equipment: Forklift operation (experience is a plus but not required).

• Maintenance: General facility clean-up, including sanitizing production tables, cleaning machines, and general housekeeping.

• Customer Support: Assisting with answering phones and processing orders as needed.

Requirements & Physical Demands

• Physical Strength: Ability to repeatedly lift and pull up to 60 lbs with ease. Must be comfortable moving/stacking pallets (average weight 45 lbs) and handling items weighing between 5–50 lbs.

• Professionalism: Neat and clean appearance required daily (attire: T-shirt and jeans).

• Safety Standards: * Must wear required steel-toe or composite-toe shoes.

  • Must maintain a professional appearance free of animal or human hair on clothing.

  • For specific tasks involving fine powders, you must be willing to wear required PPE (respiratory protection). This includes a willingness to shave to ensure a proper seal on masks in accordance with OSHA regulations when required.
