Service & Maintenance Coordinator (Temp-to-Perm)

Location: Wilmer, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Service & Maintenance Coordinator to support daily shop operations and equipment maintenance activities. This role serves as a key communication point between technicians, drivers, and vendors while ensuring service work is properly documented and completed efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Create, assign, and maintain accurate repair work orders
• Track maintenance progress and communicate updates with technicians
• Support drivers and equipment operators with maintenance and repair requests
• Schedule service work and coordinate technician assignments
• Maintain service records and accurately track labor hours
• Communicate with vendors and assist with warranty-related repairs
• Monitor parts inventory and support ordering as needed
• Process invoices and purchase orders
• Review and audit completed work orders for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with basic troubleshooting of equipment issues
