2nd Shift Metal Fabrication Associate

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Metal Fabrication Associate for our 2nd shift team. This position is responsible for assisting in the production and fabrication of metal parts and components according to specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, presses, and basic CNC machines
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and instructions
• Measure, cut, and assemble metal materials
• Perform grinding, deburring, and finishing tasks
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift (typically afternoon/evening hours, may include overtime)
