Job Description:

Do you enjoy working with your hands, building things, and being part of a tight-knit team?

We’re hiring a Window Frame Assembler for a small, well-established shop in Hamilton. This is a great opportunity to join a stable, low-turnover environment where your work directly contributes to the finished product.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assemble aluminum window frames (no glass installation)
• Measure and cut materials using tape measures (imperial & metric)
• Operate tools such as chop saws and basic shop equipment
• Assist with foam filling and finishing processes
• Support basic robotic welding operations (training provided)
• Work closely with a small team to complete custom orders

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or construction
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure (down to 1/8”)
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
• Experience with aluminum or window/door manufacturing
• Welding experience or exposure to robotic welders
• Experience using saws or cutting equipment
