Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work and staying active on the job?

We’re hiring General Labourers for multiple clients across Hamilton in industries such as wastewater, recycling, food production, and construction support. These are full-time, long-term opportunities with immediate openings.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform general labour duties in industrial and outdoor environments
• Assist with lifting, moving, and loading materials (up to 50 lbs+)
• Support crews with site setup, cleanup, and traffic control
• Work in environments such as recycling facilities, wastewater plants, and production lines
• Assist with manual tasks like moving equipment (e.g., manholes, materials, tools)
• Follow all health & safety procedures

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous general labour, warehouse, construction, or industrial experience preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding work
• Comfortable working outdoors and in various environments
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Steel toe boots required
• Experience in construction, landscaping, or manufacturing
• Traffic control or flagging experience
• Forklift certification
