Parts and Service Associate

Located in Amherst, NH

Salary: $22-$24/Hr

• Research and quote parts for customers and shop personnel to include price shopping vendors 
• Generate purchase orders, order, ship and return parts as needed
• Produce parts and repair estimates for customers
• Work with customers to schedule and track repairs in the shop or field 
• Check in incoming customer vehicles for repair following all procedures
• Collect payments from customers and ensure all job paper work is prepared for accounts receivables processing
• Keep the parts room well organized
• Assist with additional shop tasks as needed

• Strong computer and date entry skills
• Proficient with Microsoft productivity suite, QuickBooks, Sales Nexus and similar software platforms 
• Good written, verbal and phone communication skills for interfacing with customers
• Reliable, team player, positive attitude
• Ability to muti-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Prior automotive or similar parts and repair experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
