We are hiring for a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator or Logistics professional with experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.  Join a well-established industrial company in Waterdown (Hamilton) where you’ll play a key role in shipping, receiving, inventory, and transportation coordination.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and keeping operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinate all shipping and receiving operations in a busy industrial facility
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, bills of lading, and inventory records
• Inspect incoming shipments, verify paperwork, and report discrepancies
• Track and process orders, returns, and inventory movements
• Arrange transportation and communicate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery
• Work closely with warehouse, production, and quality teams
• Ensure all shipments meet safety and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate data in shipping, logistics, and inventory systems
• Control site access and assist with dispatch and driver coordination
• Support reporting, labeling, and general logistics administration

What You Bring:

• Experience in Shipping & Receiving, Logistics, or Warehouse Coordination
• Background in manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments
• Knowledge of freight, transportation, and inventory processes
• Experience using ERP systems or warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• WHMIS / Dangerous Goods certification (or willingness to obtain)
