Looking for a reliable Forklift Operator / General Labourer with warehouse or manufacturing experience?  Join a growing industrial facility in Waterdown (Hamilton) offering steady hours, multiple shifts, and long-term opportunity. 

This is a hands-on role combining forklift operation, material handling, and production work — ideal if you like variety and staying active on the job.

Available Shifts:

• Days: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Afternoons: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Nights: Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate forklifts (counterbalance) to move materials safely
• Load and unload trucks in a warehouse / production environment
• Perform general labour duties including lifting, sorting, and staging materials
• Pick and verify orders using a warehouse system
• Operate equipment such as scissor lifts and loaders (training provided)
• Support production processes in a continuous flow environment
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and follow safety procedures
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting when needed
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

What You Bring:

• Valid forklift licence (3rd party certified) -- A MUST
• Experience as a Forklift Operator, General Labourer, or Warehouse Associate
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial settings
• Strong attention to detail and safety-first mindset
• Mechanical aptitude is an asset
• Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to work
