Job Title: Pool Attendant

Job Summary

We are seeking friendly, reliable, and guest‑focused Pool Attendants to support daily pool operations at our resort. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and providing excellent customer service. Pool Attendants play an important role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming poolside experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide towel distribution and collection
• Assist guests with pool access using resort key cards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked pool area
• Monitor pool entry to ensure access is limited to authorized guests
• Communicate pool rules and resort guidelines courteously
• Work with resort staff to address guest needs and escalate concerns as needed

• Guests feel welcomed and well assisted during their pool experience
• Pool area remains clean, organized, and properly stocked
• Pool access is monitored appropriately to ensure guest safety and comfort

Experience Required

• No lifeguard certification required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work safely around water and wet surfaces

• Pool towels and towel carts
• Resort key card access system
• Two‑way radios or communication devices
• Cleaning and sanitizing supplies
• Pool signage and guest information materials

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $20 per hour
• Schedule: Varies based on business needs, including weekends and holidays
