Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation ($/hour): $24.00

A local company in Hermiston is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to support construction and site work projects. This role primarily involves operating an excavator and other heavy equipment while assisting with general labor tasks as needed. The ideal candidate has hands-on equipment experience and is comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate an excavator and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with general labor duties as directed by the supervisor
• Follow safety procedures and job site guidelines
• Support site preparation and excavation tasks
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper operation during work activities

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–5 years of heavy equipment operating experience strongly preferred
• Experience operating excavators and other construction equipment
• Ability to follow directions and work well with a team
• Strong safety awareness and job site responsibility
• Ability to perform physical labor when needed
