Job Details

• Position: Pad Printing Technician / Screen Printer
• Shift: First Shift – Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (No weekends)
• Pay: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
• Department: Molding

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pad printing and screen printing equipment
• Perform machine setups, adjustments, and cleanups
• Accurately mix inks, hardeners, thinners, and related materials using scales and measurement tools
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Maintain a high level of manual dexterity for detailed work
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Meet production schedules and maintain reliable attendance
• Assist with additional tasks, including part assembly, molding operations, and clipping area work as needed

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in pad printing or screen printing
• Strong attention to detail and precision measuring skills
• Excellent vision and ability to perform detailed work
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
