Job Title: Scheduler (Customer Service)

 

Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for apartment complex refinishing work.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone (inbound/outbound).
- Manage calendars and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills.
- Prior customer service or scheduling experience preferred.
- Ability to work 8 am-5 pm with one-hour break.

 

Note: This role focuses on coordinating appointments and delivering top-notch customer service in a construction-based company.
