Overview
We’re looking for a people-first, detail-loving Human Resources Generalist to join our team and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you enjoy being the go-to person, staying organized, and making a real impact on employees’ day-to-day experience, this could be a great fit.

 

In this role, you’ll get hands-on experience across all areas of HR — from payroll and employee relations to events and compliance — all within a fast-paced manufacturing environment where no two days look the same.

You’ll be a key part of creating a positive workplace while keeping everything accurate, compliant, and on track.

 

What You’ll Be Doing
• Keeping payroll and labor tracking running smoothly across two locations (accuracy is your thing)
• Staying on top of attendance, time-off, and all the day-to-day employee details
• Organizing and maintaining employee files so everything is clean, complete, and compliant
• Being a go-to resource for employees with questions about benefits, policies, and “how things work”
• Helping ensure we stay aligned with employment laws and internal policies
• Supporting employee relations by helping address questions and concerns
• Jumping in to help plan and support company events — from open enrollment to holiday parties
• Handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion (this one’s big)
• Pitching in wherever needed — because HR touches everything

 

What You Bring
• 2–3 years of HR experience (manufacturing is a plus, but not a must)
• Strong organization skills — you like keeping things in order and running efficiently
• Great communication skills and a friendly, approachable style
• Comfort working with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• A sharp eye for detail (you catch the small stuff others miss)
• The ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
• A solid understanding of HR basics, payroll, and employment practices
• Willingness to travel between locations when needed
• Ability to be onsite daily
