ElectricianLocation: West Columbia, South CarolinaPay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hourJob Summary:We are seeking experienced and dependable Electricians to join our team for a 520-hour evaluation-to-hire opportunity. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential and commercial electrical systems while providing excellent customer service. Candidates should be comfortable traveling to job sites, working independently, and maintaining professionalism at all times.Key Responsibilities:-Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on residential electrical systems-Conduct on-site estimates by evaluating scope of work and providing accurate pricing-Communicate directly with customers to answer questions and ensure satisfaction-Execute electrical repairs, installations, and system upgrades-Install outlets, switches, circuit breakers, light fixtures, and electrical panels-Travel to job sites (up to ~50 miles; may involve extended driving during workday)-Maintain professionalism and provide guidance to customers-Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate schedules and workflow-Follow all safety procedures and company standardsSchedule:Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM 5:00 PM (up to 6:00 PM on longer days)Qualifications:-Minimum 3 years of electrician or related industry experience-Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills-Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members-Willingness to travel for work assignments-Ability to learn quickly and take directionWork Environment:-Work in both residential and commercial settings-Professional, team-oriented environment with strong communication expectations-Must be respectful of customer property and surroundingsPhysical Requirements:-Ability to stand, bend, and work in various positions throughout the day-Capable of handling physical labor as requiredEquipment:-Must provide own tools-Tool account provided for purchasing tools through a discounted payment planDress Code / PPE:-Company-provided shirts and pants-$50 annual boot allowance (black boots required)-Black belt required-Additional PPE provided as neededBenefits:-Weekly pay-Opportunity for overtime-Medical, dental, and vision insurance-Career growth opportunities (potential advancement to Field Manager)-Performance reviews and raisesRequirements:-Drug Screen-Background Check:- No violent felonies- No felony theft over $5,000- No sexual offenses- No DUI or felony drug charges- Misdemeanors allowed (non-theft related)- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (minimum 5 years)
