What You Will Do:

• Perform month-end close processes, including account reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
• Review and maintain balance sheets for accuracy and compliance
• Assist with financial reporting and identify discrepancies or variances
• Ensure timely and accurate financial data for management review
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial operations and reporting

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with month-end close and financial reconciliations
• Minimum 2 years of P&L reporting experience
• Strong understanding of balance sheets and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
