Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator / Parts Desk Associate to join our team. This role combines warehouse operations with customer service and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable multitasking, communicating with vendors, and working both indoors and outdoors.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the parts desk, including answering phone calls and responding to email requests
• Prepare and provide accurate quotes by coordinating with vendors for pricing
• Maintain clear communication with vendors and internal team members
• Pull, pack, and organize inventory orders
• Load and unload trucks using a sit-down forklift
• Assist in covering responsibilities for team members as needed

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn industry-specific software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and proactive work ethic

• Computer and industry-specific software
• Sit-down forklift
• Golf cart

 

Work Environment

• Combination of indoor and outdoor work (primarily indoors)

 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, move, and handle inventory as needed
• Comfortable operating warehouse equipment and working on your feet

 

Compensation & Benefits
