Machine Maintenance Technician – Early Shift | Up to $29/hr for Skilled Candidates

We’re hiring an experienced Machine Maintenance Technician to support a high-volume production facility. This is a critical role focused on keeping industrial equipment running efficiently, and we’re willing to pay for the right skillset.

Schedule & Pay:
$22.00–$29.00/hour | Monday–Friday, early start between 4:00AM–5:00AM (end time varies around 12:30PM–1:00PM) | Optional overtime available

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial washers, dryers, conveyors, and folding equipment
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective, long-term solutions
• Complete work orders and ensure equipment is operating efficiently
• Troubleshoot problems quickly to minimize downtime
• Work independently while maintaining productivity throughout the shift
• Support overall plant operations and workflow efficiency

Requirements:

• Experience in machine maintenance or a related mechanical field
• Ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow directions and safety guidelines
• Experience with industrial laundry equipment is a plus (higher pay range for this experience)
