Express is seeking a highly experienced Heavy Equipment Operator / General Laborer who can both operate machinery AND perform manual labor tasks as required.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate consistent work history, advanced equipment control skills. This role requires an individual who can perform precision grading, trenching, and site preparation with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and equipment integrity.

Requirements:

• Proven record of job stability, reliability, and consistent attendance
• Operate heavy equipment including excavators, motor graders, bulldozers, and loaders.
• Attention to detail
• Maintain strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies at all times
• Prior experience on large-scale construction 
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Must have own transportation
• Must be available to work overtime
• Must have steel shoes

Schedule: 1st shift

Pay: $16/ hour
