Quality Technician – Keep Every Product on Point
What You’ll Do:
Monitor production to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are metCheck and record key data (dough temps, metal detection, product weights, labeling)Perform lab testing (bake tests, texture analysis, microbiology, swabs)Calibrate equipment and maintain accurate QA documentationSupport a clean, safe lab and production environment
What You Bring:High School Diploma or GED.1+ year in food manufacturing or production.Basic math, computer, and communication skills.Knowledge of GMPs or lab experience is a plus.Work Environment:Fast-paced production setting with varying temps (heat/cold) and noise.1st shift ($19), 3rd shift ($21).Located in Gaffney.
