We’re hiring Production Associates for a full-time food manufacturing position in Mesa. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes staying active, working with a team, and having a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
Pay: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Overtime: Available as needed
What You’ll Be Doing
- Help produce and package food products
- Handle and prepare raw materials
- Inspect products for quality
- Keep production areas clean and organized
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work with your team to keep production moving
What You’ll Need
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance
- Comfortable working around raw meat, food odors, and varying temperatures
- Manufacturing or food production experience is a plus, but not required
English is not required.
Food Manufacturing Requirements
Because this is a food production facility, employees must follow GMP hygiene standards, including no jewelry, makeup, artificial nails, nail polish, or fake eyelashes. PPE such as a smock and hairnet will be provided.
